U.S. and international orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or US Post Office. Delivery time within the U.S. is 1-3 weeks. Outside the U.S. delivery time is 3-5 weeks. All packages are insured and have a tracking number so the package can be traced. An email containing the tracking number will be sent to you upon shipping of the order.

How will I know if you have received my order?
When you have successfully placed your order you will receive a confirmation email. You will also receive an email with your purchase tracking number for you to follow your parcel progress.
RETURN OR REFUND POLICY

Customers will have 14 days to request a refund or return, after which all sales are final.

- Our employees also check their body temperature daily prior to starting their work shift.
